The dialer is ideal for both security and as an assistant to caregivers who struggle with loved ones wandering or leaving their home without the caregiver knowing.  A problem many face when providing care is that often times, people with Alzheimer's and Dementia may tend to wander.  You can provide care for your loved ones when they are in your sight but you worry that they may wander when not in your sight or under direct supervision. 

The AD-105 is an auto-dialer that uses your home phone line to dial programmed number when triggered by a Skylink sensor/transmitter.  You can integrate this auto dialer into other devices via hard wiring "normally closed" dry contact.  If you have an existing home alarm system and would like to use this auto dialer, it is possible either using your existing alarm's normally closed contact or using the Skylink Audio Sensor (AS-101).  The dialer provides maximum security and allows you to avoid monitoring fees.  The unit has memory to store 9 emergency phone numbers that can be called in case of an emergency.

The AD-105 may be operated in one of two modes; sensor mode and alarm mode.  In "sensor" mode, the AD-105 Auto Dialer works with specific Skylink wireless sensor and panic devices.  In "alarm mode" the AD-105 works in conjunction with a Skylink Control Panel (SC-01) and requires a different set of sensor.   Please consult the tabs "sensor mode," and "alarm mode" to determine what specific sensor are compatible in each respective mode.  All the panic devices and sensors below are available for "sensor" mode only.

 Skylink's Rolling Code System provides maximum security.

• The AD-105 Auto Dialer is capable of storing 9 emergency telephone and/or pager numbers.  When triggered the auto dialer will dial each number 9 times.  Programmable pauses are allows so the product can work with pagers.
• The auto dialer will override occupied lines for emergency calls.
• The user may also program an entrance delay and an exit delay to allow them to arm the unit and be allowed to exit and enter without triggering the auto dialer.
• Activated by panic transmitter device, sensors, red panic button on keypad, or normally closed dry contact hard wired connection.
• Stores ONE emergency voice message up to 40 seconds, or ONE primary message of 9 seconds and 6 auxiliary messages at 5 seconds each. 
• The auto dialer may be programmed to either use pulse or tone dial and also features "Universal Dial Tone" which allows it to adapt to voice systems of all phone companies.
• Dials each phone number up to 9 time, and repeats emergency message to a telephone number up to 9 times.
• Compatible with up to 16 Skylink Accessories (available separately); please view respective tabs to see specific sensors and panic devices.
• Operated by AC adapter with a 9V alkaline battery backup (included).  When used as a backup power supply, the 9-volt battery has an expected life of two years.
• Low battery indicator LED light when 9-volt battery runs low.
• Time clock display and back-lit keypad.
• Unit ships with the dial alert unit (AD-105), one telephone cord, 1 installed antenna, 1 AC adapter, and 1 9 volt alkaline battery
• Also included is one mounting template, 1 pack of screws and anchors, double sided tape, user's instructions, warranty guide, and a quick start guide.

When switched to sensor mode, the user can program sensors directly to the AD-105.  When any of these sensors, or panic devices, are triggered the dialer will start dialing programmed numbers.  Below is list of available sensor and transmitters compatible when the unit is in sensor mode:

Sensors: Sensors will only trigger the dialer when the dialer is armed.If the dialer in NOT ARMED, the dialer will not dial out even if sensors are triggered.
